Holistic Health for Women
Aimed only at women (what foods affect moods, pregnancy, skin-care products, supplements, weight loss)

Are you wondering if there is anything you can do to lighten your mood swings? Do you question if you really need to take a daily multivitamin to be healthy, or why you are always craving junk food? Perhaps you have tried every diet that ever came to existence, and feel like a failure going in a loophole. Do you wonder what foods you can and cannot eat while pregnant, or what you can do enhance your fertility? Do you hear one person tell you to avoid certain skin-care products, and others that attest they are the best products for them? This workshop will cover all these issues, and more.
  • Interactive discussion/trivia prizes
  • Food and Skin-Care Products Label Discussion (go through several popular items, discuss their harmful ingredients and popular misconceptions, and then converse better alternatives)
  • Handouts for attendees (charts, shopping list guide, and much more)

If the Client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.
